Pool Opening
The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend. In Season daily pool hours are 9:00am-9:00pm.
Board Meetings
Board meetings are usually the 3rd Monday of every odd month at 7:00pm. Please confirm meeting occurrence under upcoming events if you are planning on attending.
ANNUAL MEETING
The next meeting is scheduled for 7:00pm, December 12th, 2023 at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church. If you are unable to attend, please complete a proxy form and drop if off with another member who will be attending.
PAINTINGPlease note that per our Declaration of Restrictions all houses in Wilshire Place need to be painted every 4 years. If you have not painted your house, you need to do so. This will be a focus of the board.
LANDSCAPING
Please note that all yards need to be kept to subdivision standards. This includes not having overgrown lawns, lawns with weeds, or excessively brown or dead lawns. Also, care and maintenance of street trees is the responsibility of the homeowner.
TRASH PICKUP PROCEDURES
Please click here for updated Waste Management yard waste guidelines, holiday pick up dates, and to obtain overage stickers. Please note that all yard waste must be in a paper yard waste recycling bag. The neighborhood pickup date is Wednesday except for holiday weeks when it is delayed by one day.
ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE
If you plan on making any changes to your property, including adding a fence, patio, playset, etc., please submit your plans to the Architectural Committee for approval.
