2012 DUES
Please note 2012 Annual Dues are due Jan. 1. Dues invoices were mailed out to all homeowners. A 5% late fee will be assessed to dues post marked or received after Jan. 31. Your cooperation is appreciated.
BOARD MEETINGS HAVE CHANGED
Please note Board meetings have changed to the 3rd WEDNESDAY of each month at 7:00pm at Covenant Chapel Church on 133rd Street. All homeowners are welcome. Please contact a member of the board to confirm.
NEW UPDATES
Please note November board meeting minutes, the Annual Meeting Presentation, November financial statements, as well as the 2012 Budget have all been posted to the web site under the minutes and documents sections.
Deffenbaugh Recycling Changes
Deffenbaugh has changed their recycling guidelines. Plastics 1-7 are now being collected. See this flyer for more information.
Architectural Committee
If you plan on making any changes to your property, including adding a fence, patio, playset, etc., please submit your plans to the Architectural Committee for approval.
